We love Dr. Cozad and the whole team at this location. They are always prompt, informative, and make each appointment a positive experience for my daughter. I feel very confident she is receiving the best care and I am happy I chose this location.

They have been so patient with her and have taken the time to fully explain the process to the BOTH of us! Leisha, our orthodontic assistant, is simply amazing. She is extremely generous, willing, selfless and we feel so well cared-for by her. Last year, my son was in a bike accident which caused some major damage to his orthodontic wires and most brackets- five were even fully ripped off. I called the Woodlands office immediately and Leisha said to come on in right away - even though it was nearing end of business day. We arrived five minutes before normal closing time. Not only did Leisha help us with mere minutes left til closing - she also stayed an additional 40 minutes past closing - until all treatment and repairs were fully complete. Then, she followed up the next morning with a phone call just to check in and see how we were doing!
